Job Description
We need an Animator to develop interesting in-game cinematic experiences. We need the greatest character animators to create epic moments, emotive characters, and responsive, compelling gameplay. As an Animator, you’ll create aesthetically spectacular and memorable in-game events.

Qualifications:
- The ability to rig and skin characters rapidly helps you to generate convincing, fluid, and suitable character animations from different IPs.
- Create realistic clothes and hair models for characters, for example. Finishing shot work by producing fabric movements and simulations. Solve issues creatively to get art direction for a shot.
- Assist in the development of animation assets by working closely with the character art team, system designers, and engineers. Develop run-time character animation techniques and pipelines in conjunction with technical teams. –
- Using Maya to make animations on the director’s orders, Work with the Director to make animation that fits well with the way the show looks. Follow the rules for file organization, project management, and version control.
- Regular industry research, product assessments, and training in the usage of cutting-edge computer software applications can help you gain new knowledge and abilities. Always be kind and considerate to your colleagues.
- To provide an immersive and engaging gaming experience, we must create, produce, and manage animations that bring the game world to life. Create new animations from scratch in order to expand and support existing character movement sets.
- Whenever required, alter the vendor-supplied animations, rigging, and skin weights. Resolve technical challenges like as animation and rigging by working closely with the art and engineering teams.
- Meet deadlines and milestones by self-assessing progress and using time management and production monitoring tools. Effectively and politely communicate with creative, production, and colleagues
- Creative director, graphic designer, and others cooperate to pre-visualize the final product. This includes storyboards, live-action footage, and 3D blocking.
- independently diagnose and address any issues that arise, Show that you have creative vision, and build adequately upon the aesthetic direction that was provided. Deformations, procedural modeling, and animation are all things that are necessary.
Skills:
- All of these abilities are vital in cinematography, thus it’s good to have some knowledge on how to put together a film.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or comparable education and/or professional experience in the fields of computer science, computer visualization or computer animation (Recent graduates considered).
- An amazing visual/technical command of animation dynamics, together with traditional animation principles and fundamentals, may be shown. He is able to make high-quality animations employing a broad range of methods and aesthetics because to his considerable expertise in the field of game animation.
- Three to five years of experience is required to create CG animation pre-visualizations and designs. Layout and story are more essential to me than utilizing Maya in the early stages of production.
- An experienced 2D animator who can rig and animate stylized 2D characters quickly.
