Job Description
The Analyst works with stakeholders to understand structure, policies, and processes and propose solutions to help the department and company achieve its goals. The incumbent must be customer-centric, establish and manage project plans for requirements and testing, and communicate the value of preferred solutions and alternatives.

Qualifications:
- Working with other stakeholders and end-users, you’ll be instrumental in creating well-informed, well-considered strategic decisions.
- Helps identify and document concerns and problems with business operations, and proposes remedies to those issues.
- can potentially aid in the development of business unit analytics, operational procedures, reporting, financial analysis, communicating, and/or strategic planning duties.
- examines multiple data sources and uses uniform methods for data interpretation and performance measuring outcomes.
- help establish if training is needed. Determine what kind of training is required, and work with trainers and educators to develop relevant content.
- May liaise with the business, development team and technology on certain projects.
- Collect, analyze and report performance data to identify, prioritize, and deliver improvements to the department. Develop and analyze metrics and prepare analytical reports.
- Analyzes, drafts, and specifies business necessities that have an impact on strategic efforts and/or business unit objectives.
- aids the operations of the business line unit in formulating and implementing projects and long-term strategies.
- Sees to it that all necessary information on the project’s timeline, including its dependencies, is clearly established, documented, and communicated.
Skills:
- Expertise in managing stock, handling finances, and distributing products.
- Bachelor’s degree necessary; preferred areas of study include Business Management, Economics, Finance, and Accounting.
- Attention to detail, verbal and written communication abilities, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- understanding of the business and management principles involved in production techniques, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
- Knowledge of common computer programs like Microsoft Word and Excel is required, and familiarity with corporate software is a bonus.
