Full-Time Alternative Investments Product Specialist – Al-ʿArīsh
Job Description
Product Specialists handle internal product data, provide reports, and analyze data to help Product Managers and the Category Management team make better business choices. In regards to back orders, discontinuations, product transitions, and replacements, collaborates and interacts with the Distribution and Ops teams.

Qualifications:
- As a member of a cross-functional team, takes part in product launch activities. Managing SKU setup, price evaluation, ROI model building, marketing material input and feedback, training and webinars, and occasional customer presentations are all examples of possible responsibilities.
- Customers both internal and external get excellent customer service with a high level of customer satisfaction and technical proficiency.
- Travel to client locations to execute repairs, assist/direct the customer with repairs or product start-up, as needed, to guarantee accurate and efficient technical repair and/or technical support of the company’s products.
- Convert vast amounts of information into simple product documentation that can be used both internally and externally.
- Assisting with appropriate escalations and providing updates to customers is part of the job description for this position.
- Knowledge of relevant products, scope papers, and current department rules and processes is necessary in order to provide clients with proper answers. Maintaining and expanding this knowledge
- Leads initiatives relating to manufacturer backorders, discontinuance, replacement and product transitions. Assists the Operations team by coordinating and communicating the project’s strategy.
- Contribute to the creation and prioritizing of the product road map for advertising solutions as the “voice of the customer.”
- It helps the product’s market, competition, customer needs, distribution, and corporate products to be better understood.
- Review a long list of products each month that we are hoping to sell. All KOB agree that this list is excessive, out-of-date, and devoid of any useful information.
Skills:
- Being able to work well with others, having a positive attitude, and being excited about providing World Class Customer Service are all good things.
- Extensive professional experience in an online advertising capacity, as well as knowledge of advertising goods and ad serving technologies
- Capability to understand and successfully express complicated technological topics to a non-technical audience
- Ability to complete tasks in a short amount of time and rapidly adjust to changing priorities
- This job requires stamina, maturity, and a sense of humor in addition to the ability to stand for long periods of time.
