Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst works closely with prominent figures from the commercial and financial worlds around the world. Stakeholders include country heads, product teams, technology teams, and financial planning and analysis. This department employs product managers, operations managers, and software engineers. The primary purpose of this position is to enhance the financial health of an organization by developing, monitoring, and reporting on strategic input driver performance metrics. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain performance metrics, do ad hoc analysis and reporting, and manage special projects to reduce client costs and improve turnaround times. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Company’s technology teams, product management teams, and retail/operations partners to identify, plan, and implement critical operations and technology programs designed to speed up the business’s expansion.

Qualifications:

Skills:
- Proven ability to interact and present effectively with a wide range of coworkers and superiors.
- MBA and/or Professional certification (CPA/CMA/Qualified Accounting certificate).
- experienced with financial software such as SQL, MS Access, Essbase, and Cognos, as well as data mining and reporting software for massive datasets (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- bachelor’s or higher on the quantitative side of business, economics, finance, or a related field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science).
- 5+ years of finance experience, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of finance experience.
