Qualifications:

Skills:
- complete knowledge of the federal background investigation process, including the laws and regulations that govern security clearance background checks for federal workers
- Handle incoming customer calls from the CSC and other departments; or call back customers who have been put on the customer cancel call-back list. Have a thorough understanding of operational systems, service packages and pricing, and basic pest control procedures.
- Key to client retention is the ability to de-escalate disagreements and come up with new solutions Using legal channels for resolving disputes can save clients both money and time.
- When working with consumer information, you must be able to maintain a high degree of secrecy. Self-motivated and results-oriented, as shown by prior job experience
- Sales, marketing, or business degree preferred but not required. 1-3 years of sales experience is necessary; B2B telecommunications sales/service experience is preferred.
