We need a personable and outgoing Office Administrator to oversee daily operations. Help with daily office operations and administrative tasks as the primary point of contact for all administrative and maintenance office needs.

Qualifications:
- Manage all aspects of the workplace, including the recruiting and supervision of office personnel and the scheduling of secretaries and conference room assistants (mail, document reproduction and hospitality)
- Performs duties associated with personnel supervision, such as setting work schedules, monitoring attendance, and evaluating workers.
- Performs a variety of office-related duties, such as filing, answering phones, taking messages, typing, and answering e-mails.
- supervise the building’s maintenance, serve as the point person for tenants and workers, and function as a liaison between regional property management and the building’s occupants.
- Performs a wide range of administrative support tasks, such as word processing, filing, customer service, and data entry.
- As well as answering inquiries from the general public on the department’s operations, policies, and programs, this position may be asked to provide input to higher management on these matters.
- Plan and execute office events like weekly team gatherings, quarterly business celebrations, and quarterly charitable donations.
- Belongs to the company’s administrative operations team, which develops and implements strategies to better serve the company’s internal and external customers.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining the branch’s accounting procedures, including billing, payment, and account reconciliation.
- Keep the office safe and secure, and make sure it can handle whatever the company throws at it.
Skills:
- have seven years of management experience at a medium-to-large professional services firm and a bachelor’s degree
