Qualifications:

  • Use computers and office equipment like photocopiers and printers to create spreadsheets and perform other office tasks like word processing.
  • Carry out clerical and administrative tasks as directed and in accordance with established protocols.
  • To make sure the Support Office is running smoothly, you’ll need to take care of typical office administration tasks like answering phones, filing documents, and cleaning up after yourself.
  • When printing, scanning, or modifying documents, use typical office processes. Make some paperwork about running the building and keep it safe.
  • Respond accurately and promptly to consumer messages, and investigate and resolve customer issues.
  • Help with administrative and office support tasks such as maintaining office records and employee files and fielding routine questions about company policy.
  • Be sure to regularly update and organize your files and documents.
  • Data entry, payroll, invoices, credits, inventory, billing, and production reporting are all examples of accounting functions.
  • Monitor office supply stockpiles (paper clips, stationery, etc.) and report shortages.

  • Proven track record of success in a clerical or administrative role.
