Full-Time Accountant II – Medical Group – Budaiya
Job Description
Your primary responsibility as the site Bookkeeper will be to complete daily corporate accounting operations, offer accurate and timely cash flow reporting, and ensure proper security and confidentiality of personnel files. You’ll be an expert in coupon and money-handling procedures, as well as cash register reconciliation and in-house customer charges. This individual will work closely with corporate management to resolve bookkeeping problems and implement procedural adjustments.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of bookkeeping skills are needed.
- Proposed budget revisions are tracked until the budget is finished.
- Collect all insufficient funds or other returned checks from the bank as soon as possible.
- Clover POS and QuickBooks accounting software should be well-understood by the applicant.
- Clerical employment includes tasks such as answering the phone and operating office equipment.
- To be considered for this position, you must possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or management.
- Ascertain that suitable cash handling procedures are followed. Noncompliance is documented, and where appropriate, issues are discussed with the principal.
- Check to see that all of your financial records are current and accurate.
- Settlements with route employees on a daily basis, which would include matching appropriate tickets.
- Process purchase orders against activity funds, ensure money is available, release payments, and seek administrative permission.
Skills:
- The basics of payables and receivables bookkeeping, and accounting are well-understood.
- The ability to manage time and organize one’s belongings is necessary.
- Negotiation abilities, as well as an emphasis on customer service, are crucial.
- Entering data abilities and a mathematical understanding are important.
