Ownership of the client relationship, formulation of long-term account strategy, and leadership in solving urgent customer requirements all fall within the purview of this job.. Upsell and growth prospects are identified by the Account Executive and included into the company’s yearly strategic plan in order to maintain and grow the company’s client base and overall customer satisfaction. The Account Executive must be able to create good working relationships, have a strong desire to surpass sales objectives for solution sales, be able to provide results quickly, and have a strong desire to serve customers and their members.

Qualifications:
- Prospecting, cold calling, referring customers to other businesses and cultivating relationships with existing ones are all methods of generating new business via the use of the outside sales force. Works with large and small businesses alike to establish long-term customer relationships.
- Other responsibilities as assigned. Manage communication and internal coordination of the client’s sales support infrastructure: sales support, operations, and executive team.
- Growing current client connections into new business units, IT groups, and divisions; locating and contacting possible new customers; developing and expanding existing partnerships.
- It is critical to build a common culture of tolerance and mutual respect inside the business to promote an inclusive work environment that recognizes and respects individual differences in communication methods. Always embody the inclusive and varied culture of Search Advertising. Encourage others to share their knowledge and assist one another in achieving their objectives.
- Understand interrelated technologies and stay current on new possibilities as business technology increase and evolve. Create indirect sales channels.
- Internal and external team members’ activities in connection to the client’s objectives and any issues that have been made will be overseen by an account manager on a day-to-day basis.
- Manage the relationships with the assigned customers in order to achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction, a strong propensity toward contract renewal, and the improvement of the client’s connection with that customer via the sale of other services.
- Using consultative sales approaches that effectively overcome client objections, increase sales activity within the defined territory. For the growth of a new firm, good public relations and community networking are crucial.
- Set up and manage high-quality, actionable Customer Plans and Joint Business Plans (where applicable). Learn about the needs, problems, and goals of your customers. Make a plan to take advantage of these opportunities. Plan approved by the customer. Manage once a quarter. Execute account plans. Makes sure that people follow through.
- Talk to the right people in the field to set prices for quotes and bids that are in line with the company’s financial goals. Keep an eye on the competition, including their market share, prices, services, and so on.

- College degree preferable, but H.S. diploma or GED equivalent may be accepted.
