The Account Director plays a crucial role in our sales team and is responsible for producing revenue across digital, social, print, and platforms through prospect identification, strategy development, presentation preparation, program package and schedule negotiation, and feedback to management. We’re on the lookout for a driven Sales professional that can take charge of accounts at every level, from direct customers to partner agencies, and provide them with comprehensive strategic solutions encompassing all of our offerings. This individual has a strong desire to succeed in sales and to do better than expected.

- Manage all aspects of sales communication and negotiation while keeping upper management updated on progress through the delivery of accurate and timely business estimates, forecasts, and administrative documents.
- Construct potential solutions that illustrate the client’s realistic options.
- Identify potential customers within the predetermined target industries, interact with them, and encourage a sale.
- Business plans should be made on a yearly and quarterly basis to guide revenue growth and strategy throughout the entire account portfolio.
- increasing revenue through the selling of multi-channel bundles that incorporate video, social media, print, the web, mobile devices, and live events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influential decision-makers in advertising at the agency and client levels.
- Share account updates, proposal details, and personnel shifts with important internal stakeholders including dividing partners, finance, marketing, etc.
- To effectively transmit the Company’s message to clients, use marketing and sales collateral, graphic presentations, research reports, and sales support data.
- Maximize sales by working together with the Marketing Services team to develop and implement creative solutions for clients.
- Proven sales professional with extensive experience in prospecting and closing deals in the middle market.
- Two to four years of sales experience with integrated systems outside of the company is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to multi-task, prioritize, and effectively manage time, as well as the ability to pay attention to detail to ensure accuracy of work.
- a track record of producing work products that are accurate, on schedule, and with good follow-up and follow-through.
